this clean up was on a set of units that was let go & the agent got a contractor in once a year to trim back the yard was nice & tidy when there was a gardener living in the units but when that person moved out it went to the pack.

now 12+ months down the line the place is looking good a lot of the gardens are mulched with spent leaves flowers leaves that I rake up off the drive the tress are trimmed back as needed & the green waste system is now working when I went there the rubbish was in all the wrong bins including the green bin.
